This course satisfies the Beer and Wine Vendor Permit requirement for Tennessee, to sell alcohol at any retail food (grocery stores) and/or retail package store (liquor stores).



When registering for our Responsible Vendor (Certified Clerk) training course, you do not need an RLPS ID Number. The RLPS number is for server permit training for ON-Premise alcohol consumption.


Learn to sell alcohol responsibly and legally in the state of Tennessee.

Please note that this course must take a minimum of 2 hours to complete by law. You do not have to complete it all in one sitting. Our LMS will save your progress, allowing you to leave and return to where you left off.
